    • Saves time and travelling cost by not running from institute to institute. Most importantly get any information on your fingertips by relaxing and sitting at home.
  • What is the advantage / benefit of MYTEC?
    • There are a number of benefits depending on the type of registration. For parents it is free of cost to use the technology except for admission and other school related fees. For partners registration is free of cost for lifetime and can earn money throughout depending on some criteria. Any Educational Institute can enroll for free of cost and use basic features and shift to premium later.
  • Who can use MYTEC?
    • Mytec is meant for any kind of Educational Institute(starting from kindergarten to University), Partners and Parents. Any School, College, Institute, University can enroll here and use all facility. Any adult person can register as a partner to enroll any kind of Valid Non-Registered Educational Institute. Any Parent can register for their kids starting from kindergarten to University.
  • Do one needs to register to use facility of MYTEC?
    • Yes you need to register to use any kind of facility.
  • Can anyone register?
    • There are three kinds of registration viz Valid Educational Institute, any adult person as Partner and Parents.
  • Is the registration free of cost / Paid?
    • For Parents and Partners registration is free of cost for lifetime. For Educational Institute registration is free of cost with basis features for a certain time.
  • Is there any type / category for registration?
    • There are three types of registration. One is Valid Educational Institute, another is any adult person as Partner and third is for Parents.
  • Is there any unsubscription option?
    • Yes you can always unsubscribe at any moment with valid reasons not for continuing.
  • For any kind of query while using MYTEC will support be available anytime?
    • Support helpline number will be available for any type of query related to MYTEC.
  • Can anyone sign-up for partner or is there any criteria for it?
    • Anyone can sign-up for partner program, there is no specific criteria for it.
  • Why should anyone become partner, what facility do we get?
    • First and foremost partner registration is free of cost for lifetime. Secondly a partner will get benefit throughout for the number of approved schools enrolled by them depending on the number of students every year. Thirdly a partner will receive a certain amount for all the approved schools entered by them and using the system. The more the schools enrolled the more the benefit a partner gets.
  • Is it a paid membership / subscription plan?
    • Partner registration is absolutely free of any cost.
  • How long can a partner enjoy the facility / what will be the partner expiry plan?
    • There is no expiry plan for a partner. A partner can enjoy all benefits for lifetime. A partner can claim their benefits at any time once it starts enrolling schools until activation and using the system.
  • Is there any min number of schools that a partner needs to enroll?
    • A partner can enroll as many valid schools as it wants that is not in the list. There is no limitation. The more the schools the more the benefits.
  • Do we get paid for such program / what will be the payment terms?
    • Yes you will get paid for such a program. There will be various kinds of benefit. Firstly on the basis of approved enrolled schools using the system entered by partner you will get a certain amount. Here you will get benefit for each individual school. Secondly every year on subscription renewal by schools the partner who enrolled that school will get commission on percentage basis. This percentage will depend on the number of schools entered by a partner. The more the schools the more the percentage.
  • Will the payment be done on a commission basis and how?
    • Every year on subscription renewal by schools the partner who enrolled the school will get commission on percentage basis. This percentage will depend on the number of schools entered by a partner. The more the schools the more the percentage. The partner can transfer the amount to their particular bank as and when required.
  • How will we receive our payment?
    • A partners commision amount will be saved in their portal. They can encash the reward at anytime to their particular bank through claim method. Admin will transfer the amount to the bank details provided by the partner.
  • Can a partner discontinue and withdraw all rights?
    • A partner can discontinue at any point, it will be their personal choice. Once discontinued they will not be able to enjoy any benefit / facility. If anyhow a partner wants to again come back then they will have to register as a new partner and will not be able to gain back the previous benefits. So a partner needs to be very careful to make such a decision. All rights will be with admin. It will be solely an admin's decision to reserve all rights.
  • Will it affect schools for partners discontinuation?
    • Schools will not get affected for a partners decision. It will continue to use the system as it is. Only a partner will not get any commission from there.
  • What is the scope of growth for partners?
    • For the time being it is an individual operation. Future scope will always be there for better performance.
  • What is MyTEC Partnership program?
    • MyTECpartnership program is a medium where you can offer the complete suite of education ERP to your clients and get rewarded for the same.
  • Who can become a MyTEC Partners?
    • An individual or an organisation, who is capable of onboarding institutions authority for MyTEC suite of education services.
  • How do I become a MyTEC Partners and refer a Client?
    • Visit our website and complete the Partner Signup on https://mytec.com/partners/ . Once the signup is complete you will get access to adding clients from the Partner Dashboard.
  • As a partner what kind of institution do I need to enroll?
    • You can enroll any kind of education institution like kindergarten, playschool, school, college, university, Training institute, Coaching Centre.
  • I have a partners account with MyTEC. Can I use the same account to refer my clients?
    • Yes! As a MyTECpartners, you will be able to manage your own clients. Once approved as a MyTEC partner, you can keep track of the clients that you onboard from the same account.
  • I haven’t registered my company yet. Can I sign up as a MyTEC Partners?
    • Yes. This program is offered to both individuals and well as Organisations who want to be part of the Partner Platform.
  • What documents will be required to register as a MyTEC Partners?
    • No physical documents are needed to register as a Partner. However, for commission payouts we need your company’s (or your own) name, PAN details, address, bank a/c details, scanned copy of cancelled cheque, and the details of an authorised signatory or SPOC (name, email, PAN, and address)
  • How to track the status of my referrals?
    • You can check the status of your referrals under the affiliate accounts tab on your partner dashboard
  • What will be the payout cycle of the commission amount?
    • For Partnership Program, you will need a minimum of one onboarded clients with paid subsctiption. Only post which payouts will be done. ( In the meanwhile the same will be calculated in the backend for the pending clients). Once you are eligible for the payout you will be able to download the Commission payout amount, Raise a invoice and share it with the Support team. Once we receive and confirm the same. Payout will be done in 30 days.
  • How often will I get my payment?
    • Payment will be done based on your subscribed client. As long as your subscribed client completes a success story during his lifetime a certain percentage based on client subscription and students enrolled in MYTEC portal for monthly/yearly basis you will get a commission credited to your account. This process goes on and on. You can claim your reward on certain fulfil criteria for every month/year. Please feel free to contact our administrative team related to release of payment and understand the percentage of your commission.
  • If I have registered as a partner then will it be my responsibility to technically guide the institution under my registration?
    • You can or cannot engage yourself to guide the institution technically, it will be solely your decision. But it will be the ultimate responsibility of MyTEC team to carry on the procedure with proper support. Once the institution registers itself and become a subscribed membership, your commission will be added to your portal depending on the number of students enlisted.
