Yes the subscription pricing is calculated per students wise. Suppose if there is total 1000 students then the subscription plan pricing will be E.g. 1000 students X Rs. 10 per students = Rs. 10000 per year.
Yes you can enter any students at any time. In such an exceptional case the charges will be saved to the subscription plan. When you pay for the next session the amount will get added with details to the subscription plan amount.
Subscription charges needs to be paid at the beginning of a session depending on the number of students enrolled. Middle of the year discontinuation of any students will not affect the present subscription plan. For the next session the subscription charges will not be calculated for such students as it is applicable for only active students.
First and foremost partner registration is free of cost for lifetime. Secondly a partner will get benefit throughout for the number of approved schools enrolled by them depending on the number of students every year. Thirdly a partner will receive a certain amount for all the approved schools entered by them and using the system. The more the schools enrolled the more the benefit a partner gets.
There is no expiry plan for a partner. A partner can enjoy all benefits for lifetime. A partner can claim their benefits at any time once it starts enrolling schools until activation and using the system.
Yes you will get paid for such a program. There will be various kinds of benefit. Firstly on the basis of approved enrolled schools using the system entered by partner you will get a certain amount. Here you will get benefit for each individual school. Secondly every year on subscription renewal by schools the partner who enrolled that school will get commission on percentage basis. This percentage will depend on the number of schools entered by a partner. The more the schools the more the percentage.

A partners commision amount will be saved in their portal. They can encash the reward at anytime to their particular bank through claim method. Admin will transfer the amount to the bank details provided by the partner.
A partner can discontinue at any point, it will be their personal choice. Once discontinued they will not be able to enjoy any benefit / facility. If anyhow a partner wants to again come back then they will have to register as a new partner and will not be able to gain back the previous benefits. So a partner needs to be very careful to make such a decision. All rights will be with admin. It will be solely an admin's decision to reserve all rights.
Schools will not get affected for a partners decision. It will continue to use the system as it is. Only a partner will not get any commission from there.

Yes! As a MyTECpartners, you will be able to manage your own clients. Once approved as a MyTEC partner, you can keep track of the clients that you onboard from the same account.
No physical documents are needed to register as a Partner. However, for commission payouts we need your company’s (or your own) name, PAN details, address, bank a/c details, scanned copy of cancelled cheque, and the details of an authorised signatory or SPOC (name, email, PAN, and address)
For Partnership Program, you will need a minimum of one onboarded clients with paid subsctiption. Only post which payouts will be done. ( In the meanwhile the same will be calculated in the backend for the pending clients). Once you are eligible for the payout you will be able to download the Commission payout amount, Raise a invoice and share it with the Support team. Once we receive and confirm the same. Payout will be done in 30 days.
Payment will be done based on your subscribed client. As long as your subscribed client completes a success story during his lifetime a certain percentage based on client subscription and students enrolled in MYTEC portal for monthly/yearly basis you will get a commission credited to your account. This process goes on and on. You can claim your reward on certain fulfil criteria for every month/year. Please feel free to contact our administrative team related to release of payment and understand the percentage of your commission.
You can or cannot engage yourself to guide the institution technically, it will be solely your decision. But it will be the ultimate responsibility of MyTEC team to carry on the procedure with proper support. Once the institution registers itself and become a subscribed membership, your commission will be added to your portal depending on the number of students enlisted.
